Swillburg Studio is a 2,150 square foot rehearsal and audition space.

The Studio comes equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, high ceilings, wooden floor, heat & a/c, bright lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system.

Swillburg Studio is located at 700 South Clinton Avenue, Rear Building, in the Swillburg neighborhood bordering the South Wedge.

The Studio is available for rent in 4-hour, all-day and weekly blocks. Both the building’s exterior door and Studio interior entrance door are secured through keypad entry.

Once time is confirmed by The Classics Company, payment in full is required before receiving door codes and instructions.
