Swillburg Studio is a 2,150 square foot rehearsal and audition space for rent in 4-hour, all-day and weekly blocks. It is located at 700 South Clinton Avenue, Rear Building, in the Swillburg neighborhood bordering the South Wedge. It is the primary rehearsal hall for The Classics Company.

The Studio comes equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, high ceilings, wooden floor, heat & a/c, bright lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system. Both the building’s exterior door and Studio interior entrance door are secured through keypad entry.
